2. Authorized Brands
Pashari

3. Authorized Sales Channels
General offline channels
Online / e-commerce channels

4. Term of Authorization
April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2028

5. Authorization Nature
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable (except for sales distribution), without enforcement right. All products, designs and materials shall be subject to prior approval by the Licensor and the copyright owner.

This authorization shall take effect upon the signature and seal of the Licensor.
